Job Title: Receptionist
Position Reports To: Controller
FLSA Status: Hourly FT
OPC is family owned and headquartered in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States. We started over 40 years ago as a small family farm and have been blessed to grow significantly with our farm fresh quality and the care we show our customers. We currently own, or control through long-term leases, over 140,000 irrigated acres. We also now have a network of processing plants throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Michigan to bring the bounty of our farms to you.

Job Purpose Summary:
The receptionist is responsible for providing administrative & accounting support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Specific Responsibilities of the Position:

Specific Responsibilities of the Position:
- Serve the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Receives, direct and relay incoming calls, messages and faxes.
- Pick up and deliver the mail. Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
- Maintain general filing system.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member.
- Provide GMP Training to visitors
- Complete administrative duties for other departments, such as filing, making copies, scanning, etc…
- Reporting as requested

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Has above average skills in customer service; Microsoft Office; data entry
- Has excellent skills in communications; maintaining composure under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software programs and multi-line phone system; provide instruction to others; multi-task
- General Knowledge of office administration; computer skills
- Experience in office administration
- Bilingual- preferred but not necessary
Education and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience: High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Years of experience: 1 year in administrative support
