Position Reports To:       Warehouse Manager    

FLSA Status:                      Hourly
 
  • This is a full-time position.  Eligible for company benefits after 60 days and 40 hours vacation after 90 days. 
  • Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Saturdays are possible.

Job Purpose Summary:

This position is also responsible for handling all inventory adjustments, tracking, product billing, receiving and Bill of Lading reviews.

Specific Responsibilities of the Position:
 
  • Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
  • Investigate/Report any day code/labeling issues - Daily
  • Adjust and correct inventory discrepancies - Daily
  • WMS Production order Summary Invoicing
  • Item Number creation and modifications
  • Generate WMS release orders - Daily
  • Schedule shipping appointments - Daily
  • Act as primary point person on all inventory and invoicing questions/concerns
  • Provide back-up coverage for Warehouse Receptionist answering phones, scheduling appointments, requesting COA's, scanning orders, creating bill of ladings, export documents etc. for outbound shipments - Daily
  • Report and Monitor any Risk Frequency Issues
  • Reconcile Petty Cash - Monthly
  • Order office supplies - Monthly/Quarterly
  • Reconcile pallet accounts and Invoice - Monthly
  • Send monthly stock status reports to customers - Monthly
  • Contract Management
  • Provides back up support for creating outbound labels
  • Prepares/Verifies USDA Invoice Documents
  • Generate anniversary Invoices

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Has broad knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving
  • Has above average skills in problem solving and is detailed oriented.
  • Has excellent skills in time management
  • Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure, prioritize and multitask, and work in a fast-paced office environment.                   
  • General Knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft Office

Education and Experience:
 
  • Degree or equivalent experience: High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Years of experience: 5 years

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 30 pounds; able to bend, reach, stoop, swat, stand for prolonged periods of time, sit as needed. Must have the ability to handle various degrees of stress.


Work Environment:

General office environment.
